1. Overview
Jewel Garden is a single-player puzzle game. You can play without creating an account. This policy describes information handled by the Jewel Garden mobile app, optional sharing features, and jewelgardenapp.com.
2. Information stored on your device
Gameplay progress, settings, level history, balances, tutorial state, and similar game data are stored locally on your device. Removing the app or clearing its data may remove this progress.
3. Photos, camera, and custom puzzles
If you choose a feature that creates a puzzle from a photo, the app asks for the relevant photo-library or camera permission. We do not access those sources unless you take that action. The selected image is used to generate the puzzle you requested.
If you choose to share a custom challenge, the generated challenge data and image may be uploaded to Cloudflare so the link can be opened and played. Stored challenge information may include the puzzle grid, palette, generated challenge image, creation time, expiration time, and abuse reports. Do not share images you do not have the right to use.
4. Analytics and advertising
Depending on app version, platform, and region, we may use analytics, attribution, crash-reporting, and advertising services such as Firebase, AppsFlyer, Meta, AppLovin, Unity Ads, or channel-specific providers. These services may process:
- App interactions such as opens, sessions, level starts and completions, failures, and booster usage.
- Device and app information such as device model, operating-system version, app version, language, and general diagnostics.
- Advertising or attribution identifiers when allowed by your device settings and applicable consent choices.
- Ad impressions, reward status, and campaign-attribution information.
On iOS, access to data used for tracking across other companies' apps or websites is subject to Apple's App Tracking Transparency choice where required.
5. Website information
Cloudflare provides delivery, security, DNS, and hosting for this website and may process routine request information such as IP address, browser type, request time, and security signals. We do not use this website to create a personal gameplay profile.
6. How information is used
- Provide gameplay, save settings, and deliver requested features.
- Operate shared challenge links and prevent abuse.
- Understand stability and improve level design and game performance.
- Measure marketing and advertising performance.
- Protect the game, website, and players from fraud or misuse.
7. Retention
Local game data remains on your device until it is cleared or the app is removed. Shared challenge data is kept only as long as needed to provide the link, enforce expiration, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Analytics and advertising providers retain information according to their own policies and our service settings.
8. Your choices
You may manage photo, camera, notification, tracking, and advertising permissions in your device settings. You may stop using the app by deleting it. You may also contact us about a shared challenge or privacy request.
9. Children's privacy
Jewel Garden is intended for a general audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
10. International processing and security
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information involved, but no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the game changes. We will publish the revised policy here and update the effective date.
